Text Box: I have always been drawn to figurative and illustrative art. As a child I liked to draw, mostly people and animals. In high school, and later in college I studied art. Back then, my mediums were pretty limited. I studied water-color, oils, acrylics...always two dimensional.
In high school I learned to draw people by imitating the works of Brian Froud and others...I always liked the world of fantasy!
In 1997, I discovered the book “Fantastic Figures” by Suzanna Oroyan...and my two dimensional world turned into three, as I discovered polymer clay!
I have been sculpting original polymer sculptures since that time and love the medium. This site highlights some of my past works as well as my current work.
My work features primarily children and children’s subjects…such as fairy tales and folklore.
I do custom portrait sculptures of any age, as well as commissioned pieces...please click on my contact link for more information.
These sculptures are original works of art, intended for the serious collector and not intended for children.
I hope you enjoy your visit here! While browsing through my website enjoy the views of Ireland and Scotland...and turn up your speaker and listen to the music!
I thank you for your continued interest and support of my work!
